Mori Law Firm

　先ず、ここで言及したいのは琢磨会が現在あるのは森法律事務所の森恕弁護士の存在があったことが大きいい。森・前総務長の存在なくして久先生継承の大東流合気柔術・総伝の今はないと断言できます。現在法人化された法人琢磨会へかける師の思いは約１０年以上前に遡る。法人化の希望は久先生が将来の琢磨会のあり方を法人化して会の存続を図りたいと願っていたことに森先生が応えて、時には中間法人案も出、前提として琢磨会全会員の和を保ったまま久先生の総伝、時宗伝などを継承普及し旧琢磨会幹事会を法人にスムーズに移行するものでした。（現法人の方向性はまったく違いますが・・・それはさておき・・・）

　森先生が琢磨会総務長に就任し森法律事務所を本部とし、彼の下、小林幹事長、O、K師範を中心に日本武道館参加や琢磨会会員の拡充を図り、旧幹事会の果たした役割も大きかったと思います。しかし、森先生と森法律事務所の存在を忘れている方々の多いことに驚愕します。

　我輩は、森先生との約束で旧琢磨会を辞めるときには総伝帳を返還することを約束しました。その裏には、旧指導部師範達を中心に７名の方々（N,S,I,E,K,??)に総伝写真帳をお渡し下さるように１年半かかって進言説得しました。彼らは森先生主宰の総伝研究会で稽古を重ねていたからでもあります。その結果、その師範達は事務所に直接写真帳をもらい受けに行き、森先生が本人の目の前で直筆で署名押印をして渡されたのです。（ただ一人例外の方がおります。その方はすでに故人ですが、森先生から何故か我輩が事務所に呼ばれて例外の方、つまり世話人会のY.Nさんに写真帳を渡す理由を吾輩に告げられ、同意を求められました。Y.Nさんが五段昇格時の五ヶ条の受けを吾輩に希望され受けた思い出があります。）総伝写真帳を渡して頂く要件に総伝写真帳を保持した者は琢磨会の維持、総伝技の普及という大使命がありました。琢磨会を脱会、辞めるようなことがあれば森総務長から授かった写真帳を返還するのが筋だと思います。琢磨会にいて伝承普及のために授けられた物であり、個人の所有物でないと私は考えます。琢磨会あっての総伝写真帳です。

　故に、我輩は琢磨会を辞めれないのです。総伝普及に可能な限り普及指導奮闘しています。（森前総務長との約束を守るために。）

　森先生に感謝すべき点の多いことを記しておきます。

First of all, I would like to mention here that Takumakai exists today largely because of Mr. Hakaru Mori, an attorney at Mori Law Office. I can assert that without the existence of former General Manager（Somuchou） Mori, there would be no Daito-ryu Aikijujutsu Soden inherited by Hisa Sensei. The teacher's thoughts on Takumakai, which is now incorporated, go back more than 10 years. In response to sensei, Hisa's desire to incorporate Takuma-kai in the future and to ensure its continued existence, Mori sensei sometimes came up with a proposal for an intermediate corporation. It was a smooth transition from the former Takuma-kai Board of Directors to a corporate body, while preserving harmony, inheriting and disseminating Hisa Sensei's Soden and Tokimune. (The direction of the current corporation is completely different, but that aside...)

Mori sensei assumed the post of General Manager of Takuma Kai and made the Mori Law Office its headquarters. I think it also played a big role. However, I am surprised that many people forget the existence of Mori sensei and Mori Law Office.

I made a promise with Mori sensei to return the Soudencho when I quit the Takumakai. Behind this, I spent a year and a half advising and persuading 7 shihans (N, S, I, E, K, ??). It was also because they practiced repeatedly at the Soden Kenkyukai presided over by Mori sensei. As a result, the instructors went directly to the office to receive the photo book, and he handed it to him with his signature and seal in front of him. (There is only one exception. That person already passed away , but for some reason Mori sensei called me to the office and told me the reason why I was handing over the photo book to the exception, Mr. Y.N . I remember that Mr. Y.N asked me to take his uke og 5 kajyo in front of Takumai members. Then I agreed reluctantly for him. They (7 shihans+1) had a major mission to maintain Takumakai and spread Soden waza. I think that if they leave Takuma-kai and quit, they should return the photo book given to them by Mori sensei. I believe that it was given to the shihans for the purpose of spreading the tradition, and that it is not an individual property. This photo book is Takumakai itself.

"That's why I can't quit Takumakai." I am doing my best to spread and teach students Soden as much as possible. (In order to keep the promise with former General Manager Mori sensei.)
